Easy And Useful is an Indian software company established in 1994. We develop and promote Vidyasagar LMS (Library Management Software) and provide library awareness resources. Our website address is: https://easyanduseful.in.

2. Google Sign-In & User Registration

To interact with our multi-lingual blog (English, Hindi, and Marathi), users are required to register and log in using Google Sign-In.

  • Information We Access: When you use Google Sign-In, our website accesses specific data from your Google Account: your name, email address, and profile picture.

  • Purpose of Access: This data is used solely to identify you as a commenter, create your local user profile, and prevent spam.

  • Data Use and Transfer: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Comments & Moderation

When you leave a comment on our blog:

  • Approval: All blog posts and comments are subject to administrative approval before appearing publicly.

  • Public Display: Once approved, your name and profile picture (from your Google account) will be visible to the public alongside your comment.

  • Metadata: We collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in automated spam detection.
